Biomass boilers

EMTAS biomass boilers

What are boilers ?

Boilers are heating systems that use a closed vessel to heat water or other fluids, generating steam or hot water for heating.

How does a biomass boiler work?

After setting up the machine to both the Hot water tank and the radiator water providers, you fill the boiler with pellets, Olive husk or chosen fuelling method. You then plug the machine in an electricity output, press the ignition button placed next to the digital display and there it is!
The fire will then go through a three-phased process to ensure warmth and efficiency while keeping the house warm for up to 12h on one go.

What do biomass boilers use as fuel ?

Biomass boilers use organic materials such as Olive Husk, wood pellets, chips, logs, or other types of biomass as fuel to produce heat.

What Makes our boilers special

The boilers have:
-Automatic Ignition with Chimney Control
-Automatic Sleep Programming
-Automatic Temperature Control
-3 phase transition
-Flame Revolving
-High Efficiency
-Digital Display
-Fan Speed Controlled
-5 Different Time Settings.
Different sizes are available for different homes for example: a 30,000Kcal is available for house up to 150m, we have sizes all the way up to 140,000kcal. they are made in a turkish company called EMTAS and are under a two year warranty.

How does our biomass boiler help you save almost 75% more money ?

A biomass boiler can save you money in several ways:-Fuel cost savings: Biomass boilers Save you up to 75% of your fuel costs. fuels such as wood chips, pellets, and logs are WAY less expensive than traditional fossil fuels like oil, propane, or natural gas. By switching to a biomass boiler, you may be able to reduce your fuel costs.
For example: a 35Kw boiler only needs 1.5T of olive husk on average per year. which means your 35Kw boiler only needs 180$ to operate for an entire year. compared to 600$ needed by a traditional boiler.
-Lower maintenance costs: Biomass boilers generally require less maintenance than traditional boilers. They do not have as many moving parts, and the fuel used is less corrosive, which can result in lower maintenance costs over time.-Long lifespan: Biomass boilers have a longer lifespan than traditional boilers. They are typically built to last for 20-30 years, whereas traditional boilers may need to be replaced after 10-15 years. This longer lifespan can help you save money on replacement costs in the long run.
